  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Beat eggs in mixing bowl until they are foamy. Add milk, sugar, vanilla and salt and beat a little more. Place in an unbaked pie crust and sprinkle nutmeg on top.

  3. Bake until firm, about 40 minutes. Cool on wire rack.
