Coffee Cake

Instructions

  1. Mix and sift all the dry ingredients. Beat eggs and combine with the milk. Add the liquid to the dry ingredients. Add the melted lard.

  2. Pour into a long, flat (9 x 13) pan that is greased. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and chopped nuts if you desire.

  3. Bake 25-30 minutes in a 350 degree oven. Serve warm.
