Makes 6-7 dozen cookies

Ingredients

1 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 eggs, well beaten
2 tbsp milk
1 tsp vanilla
2 cup flour
2 tsp baking powder
¹⁄₂ tsp salt

Instructions

Cream butter and sugar; add eggs, milk, vanilla and flour, which has been sifted with salt and baking powder. Mix well. Chill about one hour. Roll very thin and cut out about the size of a baking powder cover. Bake at 425 degree oven for 8-10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet. Sprinkle baked cookies with sugar while still warm.
