  • 1 egg white
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 10 oz package frozen strawberries or other fruit
Instructions

  1. Beat egg white until fluffy, not stiff. Add sugar gradually and beat until no longer grainy. Add fruit and some (not all) the juice and beat. Serve over angel food cake.
