  1. Place ground beef, crumbled, in a deep 3-quart casserole. Microwave, uncovered, 5 minutes or until meat is browned. Stir occasionally. Drain excess fat. Add onions and microwave, uncovered, 2 minutes or until onions are tender. Add hot water, celery, potatoes and seasoning. Heat, uncovered, 10 minutes or until water comes to a boil. Add tomato juice to soup and serve.
