Baked Lasagna

Ingredients

Cottage Cheese Mixture:

Meat Sauce:

Instructions

  1. Cook noodles in boiling salt water according to package directions.   Drain and rinse in cool water. Place three noodles on bottom of 11 x 7 x 2 inch baking dish. Spread with cottage cheese mixture, top with 1/2 of the mozzarella cheese (sliced), top with meat sauce. Repeat layers. 

  2. Bake in preheated oven (375 degrees) for 30 minutes. Let stand 15 minutes before serving.

Cottage Cheese Mixture:

  1. Combine the six ingredients and beat well.

Meat Sauce:

  1. Brown beef and add remaining ingredients. Simmer until well blended.

  2. Meat sauce may be prepared in advance and keeps well in the freezer.
