Black And White Popcorn

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 cup popcorn kernels
  • 6 oz dark chocolate
  • 6 oz white chocolate
  • Kosher salt
Instructions
  1. Pop kernels in a popcorn popper or in a covered pan over medium heat in coconut oil on the stove, taking care not to burn. Spread the popcorn onto parchment paper.

  2. Melt the white and dark chocolate separately in a double boiler, or microwaving in 30 second increments.

  3. Drizzle your popcorn with the white and dark chocolate. Sprinkle with salt while the chocolate is still warm. Let chocolate cool and set. Store in an airtight container.
