Ingredients

1 tube sugar cookie dough
8 oz cream cheese
¹⁄₂ cup brown sugar
¹⁄₄ cup peanut butter
¹⁄₂ tsp vanilla
Apples
Caramel topping
Nuts

Instructions

Press cookie dough onto a baking sheet and bake as directed. Mix together cream cheese, brown sugar, peanut butter and vanilla. Spread on cooled cookie. Top with apple pieces, drizzle with caramel topping and add chopped nuts.
