
Caramel Apples

Melt caramel slowly in double boiler. Add milk and stir until creamy and smooth. Remove apple stems and insert sticks. Have the apples completely dry. Dip apples in mixture, tipping pan if necessary. Spin apples over pan to remove excess caramel. Place apples on waxed paper or buttered pan and refrigerate until the caramel hardens.
