Mix graham crackers, powdered sugar and butter. Save ¼ cup of crust mix for topping, if desired. Press into a 9 x 13 inch pan. Dissolve jello in boiling water and chill to slightly thickened. Beat together cream cheese and sugar, then beat in jello. Fold in whipping cream and then fold into crust. Top with remaining crust. Chill.
