Cheesy Salsa Chicken Rice

Ingredients
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cubed
  • 2 can (10.75 oz.) cheddar cheese soup
  • 1 jar (16 oz.) chunky salsa
  • 1 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/4 cup uncooked long-cooking rice (NOT minute rice)
Instructions
  1. Mix together all of your ingredients in your crock pot. Cover and cook on low for 5 hours. It is done when the chicken and rice are tender.
