Chocolate Dream Cake

Ingredients
  • 1 large angel food cake
  • 1/2 lb sweet chocolate
  • 1 square bitter chocolate
  • 1 1/2 tbsp hot water
  • 4 eggs, separated
  • 2 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup whipping cream
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
Instructions
  1. Break cake in pieces and lay in cake pan. Then melt chocolates in double boiler. Take from heat and add water. Add egg yolks, one at a time, beating all the time. Add sugar. Fold in beaten egg whites. Add cream and nuts. Pour over cake and chill 10 hours. Serve with whipping cream.
