Mix pudding and milk until thickened. Fold in whipped cream. Line the bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan with whole graham crackers. Spread half of pudding mixture over the top of crackers. Over this make another layer of graham crackers. Spread remaining pudding on top of crackers. Put another layer of graham crackers on top. Frost with frosting. Refrigerate overnight or several hours before serving.
