Chocolate Mousse Pie

Spray 2 springform pans with cooking spray. Mix cookie crumbs and butter. Spread mixture on bottom and sides of pan.

Melt chocolate chips in double boiler. Remove pan from water. Beat in 2 whole eggs and 4 egg yolks. Beat 4 whites in a separate bowl until stiff. Fold into chocolate. Fold in Cool Whip. Pour into crust. Refrigerate until firm. Remove from refrigerator approximately 20 minutes before serving and remove outside edge of springform pan. Top with cool whip, if desired.
