Coconut Flake Macaroons

Add salt to egg whites and beat until foamy. Add sugar 2 T. at a time, beating until whites form peaks that bend slightly. Fold in flour and vanilla. Add coconut and fold in gently. Add cornflakes and mix lightly.

Drop by rounded teaspoon 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 20 minutes. Should be delicate brown.
