Mix flour, margarine and nuts like a crust. Pat into 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool the crust.
Mix together cream cheese, cool whip and powdered sugar, saving some cool whip for the top. Spread on cooled crust.
Prepare pudding mix with milk and put on top of the cream cheese mixture. Cover with remaining cool whip and refrigerate. For added flavor, place toasted coconut on top of dessert.
