Melt butter in large saucepan. Stir in brown sugar, remove from heat. Let cool about 10 minutes. Beat eggs into sugar mixture, one at a time. Add sifted dry ingredients. Mix well. Add chocolate chips and nuts. Spread in greased 15 x 10 x 1 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Cool, then cut into squares while slightly warm.
