Cream Pie

  1. Mix together milk, sugar and egg yolks and when it boils, add the cornstarch dissolved in a little water. Stir and boil until it thickens. Remove from heat; add vanilla and a little butter and put in a baked pie crust. Beat egg whites and put on top. Brown in oven.

  2. Tip:

    Add 2 tablespoons cocoa to egg yolk mixture if Chocolate Cream Pie is desired.
