Ingredients

2 oz unsweetened chocolate
¹⁄₂ cup butter or margarine
1 cup sugar
³⁄₄ cup flour
2 eggs
¹⁄₂ tsp baking powder
¹⁄₂ tsp vanilla
¹⁄₄ tsp salt
¹⁄₂ cup finely chopped nuts

Instructions

In mixing bowl, combine chocolate, butter and sugar. Cook in microwave 1-2 minutes or until melted. Blend well. Add remaining ingredients; beat until well blended. Spread in 8 x 8 inch baking dish. Place dish on inverted saucer in microwave oven. Cook, uncovered, 4-7 minutes or until done. Cool directly on countertop, not on a rack.
