Ground Beef Hot Dish

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 large onion, cut fine
  • 1 cup minute rice
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup water (If adding chop suey vegetables, they contain 1 cup water.)
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 large can chop suey vegetables (optional)
Instructions
  1. Saute onion in a little fat. Add meat and cook until it is no longer pink. Put this in a baking dish, sprinkle rice over meat, add the water and soups. Bake, covered, in 350-375 degree oven for 30 minutes. Stir, then bake an additional 30 minutes, uncover the last 15 minutes.
