Juicy Lemon Cake

Cake:
  • 1 lemon cake mix
  • 3/4 cup water
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (3 oz.) box lemon Jello
  • Frosting:
  • 2 lemons
  • 2 cup powdered sugar
Instructions
    Cake:
  1. Grease and flour 9 x 13 baking pan.

  2. In medium bowl, beat together for 3 minutes the cake mix, water, oil, eggs and Jello.

  3. Put mix in pan and bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.

  4. Frosting:
  5. While cake is baking, juice 2 lemons and mix with powdered sugar.

  6. Frost cake while it is still hot. Cool and serve.
