Melt marshmallows with milk over boiling water. Chill and add whipping cream and vanilla. Bake a graham cracker crust in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Put in a layer of marshmallow mixture, then a can of pie filling. Add rest of marshmallow mixture and put crumbs on top if desired. Chill.
