Ingredients

1 package lime jello
1 ³⁄₄ cup hot water
1 (3 oz.) package cream cheese
2 cup marshmallows, cut up
¹⁄₂ pt whipping cream

Optional Second Layer:

1 package lime jello
1 can crushed pineapple, drained
Stuffed olives
Chopped nuts

Instructions

Dissolve jello in water. Add softened cream cheese and marshmallows. Stir while marshmallows dissolve. Cool until jello begins to gel slightly. Beat whipped cream and fold into jello mixture. Mold and chill until firm.

Second Layer (Optional):

Dissolve jello using package directions. Add crushed pineapple, sliced stuffed olives and nuts. Pour over first layer and chill until firm.
