
Mexican Hot Chocolate

In a 2½ quart casserole, combine milk, sugar, chocolate, cinnamon and salt. Cook for 12 minutes, stirring 3 times until chocolate melts and milk is very hot. Gradually stir in 1 cup of the hot mixture into eggs; return to casserole. Cook 1½ minutes. Add vanilla. Beat with wire whisk until very frothy. Pour into mugs; garnish with cinnamon sticks.
