Peanut Butter Cookies

Beat lard, sugars, peanut butter and eggs until creamy. Mix in remaining ingredients.

Mold dough into size of a marble. Place on ungreased baking sheet and criss-cross with fork. Bake cookies at 375 degrees until light brown, about 9-10 minutes.

Remove cookies from the oven and let cool on their baking sheets for a minute. After 1 minute, transfer the cookies to a rack to cool completely.

Tip:
Dip the fork in sugar to help it from sticking to the dough.
