Shortcake Dough

  1. Heat oven to 425 degrees.

  2. In medium bowl, mix ingredients until a soft dough forms.

  3. On ungreased cookie sheet, drop dough by 6 spoonsful.

  4. Bake 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.

Note

For strawberry shortcake, split and fill warm shortcakes with 4 cups sliced strawberries mixed with ¼ cup sugar and whipped cream.
