Snow Balls

Instructions

  1. Beat butter until creamy; add sugar gradually, beating until smooth. Add vanilla and almond extracts. Add flour and salt, mixing thoroughly. Stir in oatmeal, mixing until well blended. Shape dough into balls.

  2. Bake on an ungreased cookie sheet at 325 degrees for about 20 minutes. While still warm, roll in powered sugar.
