Ingredients

8 oz cream cheese, softened
4 cup hot mashed potatoes
1 egg, beaten
¹⁄₃ cup finely chopped onion
¹⁄₄ cup pimento, chopped
1 tsp salt
Dash of pepper

Instructions

Blend cream cheese into potatoes. Add egg, onion, pimento, salt and pepper. Bake in 1 quart casserole at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve at once.
