Steamed Cocoa Pudding

  1. In large bowl, combine cocoa and sugar; add remaining ingredients and beat until well blended. Turn into a well-greased 5 cup mold. Cover mold with tight-fitting lid or aluminum foil tied around top; place mold on rack in large saucepan; pour boiling water into pan up to level of rack; cover pan tightly. Keep water boiling over low heat to steam pudding. Steam for 1½ hours. Cool a few minutes. Invert mold and serve warm with whipped cream and a sprinkling of chopped nuts or with fresh fruit.
