  1. Bake potatoes for 1 hour at 350 degrees. Cut in half and scoop potato out of skin. Place removed potato into a mixing bowl and add sour cream and chives. Mix well. Bring water, milk, butter and seasonings to a boil in sauce pan. Add to potato mixture. Mix well. Add enough instant mashed potato flakes to make approximately 6 cups of potatoes. Refill potato skin shells with potato mixture and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
