Ingredients

1 cup powdered sugar
1 cup sugar
1 cup butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 cup oil
5 cup sifted flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cream of tartar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond flavoring

Instructions

With beater, cream well the sugars and butter well. Add eggs and oil and mix well. Sift together flour, salt, soda and cream of tartar. Add to the butter mixture. Add vanilla and almond flavoring and mix well. Chill dough. Roll in small balls. Then press with glass dipped in sugar and flour mixed together. Bake at 350 degrees for 5-6 minutes.
